Welcome to ck499. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ck499 ("ck499", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the ck499 website located at https://ck499.io and all associated betting, casino, and ancillary services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account on ck499, accessing the Platform, placing a wager, participating in a promotion, or otherwise using any part of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

• Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• Single account: You may hold only one (1) registered account on ck499. The registration of duplicate or multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all related accounts.
• Accurate information: All information you provide during registration — including your full name, date of birth, email address, and payment method details — must be truthful, accurate, and current. You must promptly update your details if they change.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion from ck499 or any other gambling platform at the time of registration.
• Not a restricted person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or agent of ck499 or any of its affiliates, game providers, or payment partners. Immediate family members of such persons are also restricted from holding a player account.

ck499 reserves the right to request documentary verification of any eligibility criterion at any time, including government-issued photo identification and proof of address. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information submitted is accurate and that you meet all eligibility requirements. Providing false or misleading information at the time of registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

Your ck499 account is personal to you and must not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any other person. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you authorised that activity.

• Login credentials: You must keep your ck499 login username and password strictly confidential. ck499 will never ask you to reveal your password through any communication channel.
• Unauthorised access: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately at [email protected]. ck499 will investigate and take appropriate security measures, including temporary account suspension, where warranted.
• Account verification (KYC): ck499 may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC") procedures at any point. KYC may require submission of a valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the specified deadline may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.
• Inactive accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is considered inactive. ck499 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to inactive accounts in accordance with its current fee schedule, which is published in the account settings section of the Platform.

The following general principles apply across all products:

• Bet acceptance: A bet or wager is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by ck499's systems and a bet reference number has been generated. ck499 reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager without providing a reason.
• Obvious errors: ck499 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or on terms that were the result of a manifest error, technical fault, or human error. • Using ck499 for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.

ck499 reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions in response to a breach of this section: immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances including deposits and pending withdrawals, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities, and pursuit of civil legal remedies.

ck499's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to ck499 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• ck499 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• ck499 does not guarantee that the Platform will be accessible at all times, particularly during scheduled maintenance windows or unforeseen technical outages.
• ck499 is not responsible for any telecommunications, internet, or device failures that prevent you from accessing the Platform or completing a transaction.
• ck499 accepts no liability for financial losses resulting from betting or gaming activity, except where such losses result directly from ck499's proven gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

ck499 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file, or via a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than 7 days before the changes take effect. Minor changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not affect player rights) may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date.

ck499 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Reasonable suspicion of a breach of any applicable law or regulation.
• A player's request to self-exclude or close the account voluntarily.

Upon termination, ck499 will return any verified balance remaining in the account to the player's registered payment method, less any amounts subject to bonus wagering requirements, pending investigation, or confiscation as a result of a breach of these Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction under which ck499 operates, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

• Dispute deadline: Any formal dispute or claim relating to a specific bet, transaction, or account action must be submitted within 30 days of the relevant event. Claims submitted outside this window may not be considered.
